I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase. However, if your event is postponed, cancelled or materially changed you will be able to obtain a refund.
Will I be able to ask questions?
Absolutely! We love a question and if we don't have the answer there and then we can come back to you at a later date.
Will refreshments be included?
Absolutely- at our face to face events! We may even have a treat or two for you!
My business is BRAND new, is this right for me?
Congratulations, So exciting for you. This would be a great session if you are a brand new business so you can learn some of the tools and resources that can set your business up for success.
Is parking included?
Sadly the Vulcan Works doesn't have on-site parking. But the location is just minutes from the town centre, from excellent transport links, surrounding car parks, and a choice of hotels for out-of-town guests.
